TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- There is still only one area of interest in the tropics that we are watching.
This area of disturbed weather is about 250 hundred miles northeast of the Turks and Caicos Islands and has now become Tropical Depression 8.
For the rest of the weekend, this depression is expected to move northwest and northward before making a turn to the northeast early next week. This means that this area disturbed weather will steer away from the United States.
