TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Joaquin, which was once a strong Category 4 hurricane, has now lost its tropical characteristics and is a post-tropical system. Winds still pack a punch of 65 mph over the northern Atlantic and it looks like it'll continue to push towards Portugal and Spain by this weekend. By that point, winds will ease up and will be around 40 mph.
Other than that, there are no other developing low pressure areas to monitor in the Atlantic.
