TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - We're still monitoring Tropical Storm Fred spinning around in the open Atlantic waters. It has winds of 45 mph, but is likely to weaken throughout the day and by tomorrow morning, it'll likely be downgraded to a depression.
Meanwhile, another storm cluster advances from the west coast of Africa. This area of interest has a 40% chance of forming into a named system by Labor Day. If it does turn into a tropical system it'll be called Grace.
