The vast amounts of unsettled weather have moved northward, but there is plenty of moisture and cloud cover remaining. We will keep overall rain chances reduced through tonight and most of Wednesday, while temperatures remain warm. Lows will be in the low to mid 70s, and highs may rise higher into the 80s with additional breaks of sun. A lesser-organized upper feature may work with daytime heating and existing moisture to trigger a few isolated showers or a thunderstorm. A broader disturbance and front will enter the picture by Thursday, which should bring about a gradual clearing trend in time for the weekend, with temperatures falling to near- or below-average levels.
