MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A cool pattern is set up with a northeast wind and a trough of low pressure. Together, this wind and this source of moisture has allowed the day to be void of virtually any sunshine across the region with some light rain at times. The upper level flow is coming from the Gulf and that helps influence the cloudiness as well. We will see a steady warm-up with surface winds turning from the east and then south as we advance through the week with highs flirting near 80 degrees and lows in the upper 50s with partly cloudy skies. With the rain chance low but not out of the picture all week (20% through Thursday), an umbrella would be handy to have, especially on Thursday as we see a cold front pass and cool us off somewhat with highs in the lower 60s by late-week.
