Pesky clouds have blocked the sun and kept colder temperatures in place across interior sections, while additional sunshine has emerged in the western Big Bend. Further clearing is anticipated overnight, which will support colder conditions. Lows will drop into the mid to upper 30s, becoming cold and clear enough to cause areas of frost to form. Saturday will feature a higher amount of sunshine with a rebound of temps back into the mid to upper 60s. Sunday also starts rather cool, but warms quickly into the 70s as clouds overtake the sky late in the day. A solid warm trend is forecast for most of next week, but occasional clouds, showers, and isolated storms will also be possible.
