TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Flood Warnings have been extended until Wednesday afternoon.

The Apalachicola River near Blounstown is in the minor flooding stage. The flood stage is 15 feet and the river has already crested at 21.01 feet on Sunday morning and is continuing to fall.

One of the impacted areas is the Ochlockonee River near Concord. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is in the forecast. The flood stage is 36 feet; and the river will continue to rise and crest at 36.6 feet by Tuesday morning. By Wednesday morning the river will fall below the flood stage.

The Withlacoochee River near Valdosta has a flood stage of 135 feet. Sunday morning the river crested at 138.59 feet, by Wednesday morning minor flooding is expected to end and the river will continue to fall back to normal levels.
