TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Walgreens location at 100 E. Magnolia Drive is closing it's doors next month.

This comes only a few months after the location on the corner of Tennessee and Monroe announced a halt to it's operations as well.

Spokesman Phil Caruso said that the Magnolia Drive closure was ultimately a business decision, but assures the public that they will continue to be well served by the other Walgreens locations here in Tallahassee.

He says that All prescriptions will be transferred automatically to to the Walgreens located at Magnolia and Highway 27. Customers should expect to receive a notice in the mail.

In addition, Caruso says employees of the store will all be transferred without issue.

When asked if he forsees another closure in the future he responded,  "we are currently evaluating stores and meeting the current needs of our customers."

The store will cease operations June 27th.
