Ten Chiles Student Athletes Sign College Scholarships

TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) - Chiles High School hosts a signing in the fall, winter, and the spring. On Monday, the Timberwolves hosted their spring celebration, and ten student athletes put pen to paper.

Tyler Dunbar was the lone baseball player, is headed to Sewanee, the University of the South. Two girls basketball players, Dallas Kennedy and Maleri Mills will play for Santa Fe and Daytona State respectively.

Girls soccer stand-out Alesha Kostrzewa will play for Albany State next season, and golfer Connor Futrell will suit up with South Alabama. 

Former Scholar Athletes Skylar Coppinger will play volleyball at the University of Auburn at Montgomery, while Chase Lane, a three time State Champion, will dive for Kentucky.

Three swim stand-outs, Morgan Ayers, Alec Bowie, and Savannah Crutchfield will hit the pool for West Florida, Cleveland State and UNC Asheville next year.
