TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee City Commission has agreed to sell The Old City Waterworks property for $400,000 to North American Properties.
The property sits on the corner of Gadsden and Gaines streets, across the street from Cascades Park and the Cascades Project.
Three of the buildings on the Waterworks site are listed as historic properties on the National and Local Historic Register.
The design team says it will be preserving these buildings while renovation and construction are underway.
