LEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- A serious crash in Madison County left 1 person trapped in their car.
Around 4 p.m Saturday, the Madison County 911 center received a report of a serious crash with injuries on U.S Highway 90, just 6 miles east of Lee.
Lee Fire and Rescue responded and had to use the jaws of life to remove a person from the car. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital.
Madison County Sheriff's Deputies and Florida Highway Patrol were also on scene. State Division of Forestry personnel were also at the crash site.
