VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - A Valdosta woman is in the Lowndes County Friday after deputies say that she had stabbed her boyfriend in the back.
Deputies arrived to 4025 Camellia Drive around 2:20am Friday morning to the report of a person who had been stabbed.
Natalya Otera is charged with aggravated assault after she was arrested for stabbing her 25 year old boyfriend. According to deputies, the two were in an argument that eventually led to Otera becoming angry and stabbing the victim with a kitchen knife.
The victim was transported to South Georgia Medical Center, and his injuries are not expected to be life threatening, according to deputies.
