UPDATE: Three killed in Decatur County accident

DECATUR COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL)--We now know the identities of the three people killed in a crash in Decatur County.

Troopers believe the accident happened around one a.m. They say 23-year old James Goodman of Bainbridge was driving east on Lake Douglas Road when he ran off the road into the woods, hitting an oak tree. 22-year old Jordan Harris of Climax was ejected. Another passenger 22-year old Hillary Brock of Bainbridge also died. 

Troopers say alcohol was a factor. They were called to the scene shortly after 2 p.m. Saturday after someone passing by noticed skid marks on the road, then discovered the wrecked vehicle.

Troopers say no one was wearing their seat belts. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.

DECATUR COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL)--The Georgia State Patrol confirms three people are dead in a crash in Decatur County.

Troopers were called to Carl Cloud Road near Antioch Church Road around 2:15 Saturday afternoon.We're told one vehicle was involved.

Troopers aren't releasing the names of those killed in the crash until family members are notified.
