SUWANNEE COUNTY, FL. (WTXL) - Two people killed in a Suwannee County accident that shut down State Road 247 for hours have been identified.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Benjamin Piechoczek,19 and Jordan Gutheim, 20 were killed May 12th. They were involved in a three car crash on State Road 247 just West of County Road 137. Troopers say, the two were driving a small car when it was rear ended by a semi truck, sending the car into the path of a pickup truck. The two died on scene.
Charges are pending in the crash.
