TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Two remaining suspects accused in the death of an FSU law professor will return to court Tuesday morning.

Katherine Magbanua and Sigfredo Garcia were in court Monday, where a trial date was supposed to be set.

But, according to the judge, there was a mix up on the dates, and court will reconvene at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Magbanua and Garcia are facing several charges, including first-degree murder in the 2014 death of Dan Markel, outside his Betton Hills home in Tallahassee.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Two suspects accused in the murder of FSU professor Dan Markel are expected back in court today.

A case management hearing is scheduled Monday morning for Sigfredo Garcia and Katherine Magbanua.

The two are facing several charges including first-degree murder in the 2014 death of Markel.

In September, Magbanua's counsel filed a motion to continue the case because one of the attorneys was dealing with a "life-threatening medical condition."

At Monday's hearing, both sides expect to set a new trial date.
