Three arrested in case of missing Live Oak man

SMITHFIELD, N.C. (WTXL) - Authorities in North Carolina have arrested three men in connection to the disappearance of Live Oak native Cole Thomas, who has been missing since Thanksgiving.

According to WTVD, the ABC affiliate in Raleigh, a grand jury in Johnston County handed down "multiple indictments" after receiving information last week from the Benson Police Department and the North Carolina Bureau of Investigation.

Monday, four agencies made three arrests in two counties, taking Julian Valles, Jr., Rudolph DeLeon, Jr., and Anthony Ridell James, Jr. into custody. WTVD reports all three have been charged with "felony concealment of a death."

Anthony Ridell James Jr., B/M - 26, of Mt. Olive, NC

1 count Felony Obstruction of Justice

1 count Felony Concealment of a Death

$350,000 Secured Bond

Rudolfo DeLeon Jr., H/M - 27, of Mt. Olive, NC

1 count Felony Concealment of a Death

$1,000,000 Secured Bond

No officials have indicated that a body has been found as part of the investigation.
