THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) - A Thomasville woman is in jail, facing fraud charges.

Investigators say she scammed several people from Hawaii out of thousands of dollars.

Investigators believe Quchelle Hill told people they won money from Publishers Clearing House and needed to pay fees to claim it.

Thomasville police say they've received information from a police department in Hawaii about a 91-year-old man who had been scammed out every last penny he had.

In all Hill scamed $65,000 from three victims.

On Thursday morning she was at the Thomas County jail on a $50,000 bond.

She faces a number of local and possible federal charges.
