TALLAHASSEE Fla. (WTXL)-- Thanksgiving celebrations are taking place all over the area, here are just a few of the events going on:
Wednesday night is the 10th annual FAMU-ly feast. It's a collegiate Thanksgiving for students still on campus. The traditional Thanksgiving meal will be served to FAMU, FSU, TCC and Flagler students. The feast starts Wednesday at 6pm at Domi Station.
In Thomasville, Project Backyard is hosting a feast at MacIntyre Middle school cafeteria on Thursday from 10 a-m to 3 p-m.
In the capital city, the 31st annual Tallahassee Thanksgiving celebration will be taking place Thursday from 11am to 3pm at American Legion on Lake Ella. There will be a free turkey dinner, musical entertainment, long distance phone service, and blankets and jackets.
