TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--Tallahassee Police say if you drink and drive, luck will not be on your side.
Right now officers are looking for impaired drivers. They will continue to do so throughout the night and early in the morning.
Some bars opened at nine a.m. for St. Patrick's Day.
Tallahassee Police Chief Michael J. DeLeo says if you celebrate, do it wisely. He says plan a ride home, before you go out.
You should also designate a driver who won't drink any alcohol so that everyone can get home safely. Chief DeLeo encourages you to enjoy the day in a way that everyone may get home to their loved ones.
