TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare is gearing up for the TMH For Life Challenge this weekend.
On Saturday, the hospital is offering an evening of free health screenings, a 1 mile fun walk and 5k run.
It's all in an effort to make Tallahassee the healthiest community in the nation.
There will also be medical and fitness professionals from TMH and Premier Health and Fitness Center, along with other organizations from the community, on hand to provide health and wellness information.
