Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL)--A Tallahassee man remains in critical condition after an accident in Havana.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Frederick Fain was headed west on Fairbanks Ferry Road when he ran into a drain pipe.
From there, he hit a fence and a tree all before his car overturned.
The 38-year-old was taken to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital where he remains in critical condition.
Troopers say charges are pending.
