TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- If you're looking to add some flavor to a Taco Tuesday tradition, 101 Restaurant has some advice.

Head Chef Jason Bruner joined us on WTXL Sunrise with a look behind the restaurant's menu.

Chef Bruner made fresh tuna tacos with a Sriracha aioli, topped with black & white sesame seeds and green onion. That's all put in crispy wanton shells.

All of the ingredients are locally sourced, and the dish is a fresh bite with a kick.

To wash it down, Chef Bruner showed us a grown up version of a root beer float.

He used vanilla ice cream from Southern Craft Creamery in Marianna and Not Your Father's Root Beer beer.

Both options are available on the 101's Tuesday special three course menu.

The 101 Restaurant is located at 215 W. College Ave.

You can also catch Chef Bruner every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. on WTXL for our special series "Farm to Table to You."
