(WTXL) - Folks in Bainbridge woke up to some sleet and slight flurries of snow Wednesday morning.

While they didn't see enough snow to stick, the chilly temperatures have hung around.

Traffic in town was slow and many sought warmth inside businesses.

School doors open back up tomorrow and temperatures are expected to rise.

As snow hit south Georgia for a second time this month, not everyone was pleased with its return.

One Tifton business owner says he's lived in the area for 60 years and would be just fine if it never snowed again.

With the flu season in full swing and extremely cold weather, McLean says the snow storms have kept his pharmacy busy.

McLean says he'd much rather see the sun in the sky instead of snow flakes.
