FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A sexual predator is behind bars in Franklin County after police say they found him near a library.
Wesley Branch was seen going into the Eastpoint Library around the same time a group of young kids were meeting there after school.
Officials say he was in clear violation and was arrested.
