TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - RVs were damaged by Hurricane Michael on Wednesday.

Judy Bretherick said she left, but they left their RV behind.

A pine tree fell on the tail end of the RV, opening the bedroom drawers and knocking out their contents.

She says the upper part of Lakeside Travel R.V. Park got most of the damage.

"We're just luckier that we weren't here. Most of the people left, and we thought we could leave the RV because it's trouble to move," said Bretherick. "You know next time we'll know this is out first big hurricane."

Her advice for people next time is to get out and buy a generator before the storm hits.
