TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Can you say Tinder For Generators? Well if you have a generator that's not being used, you might want to share it with someone else.

The Big Bend Power Share is a community organization formed by Making Awesome, a Tallahassee Arts and Technology maker collaborative.

The generators are a loan between two individuals and the organization is there to simply make sure both parties find each other.

"People need help. We in Tallahassee, we always help people who need help and it's something that is a very marketer thing to do, solving problems yourself," said Gregory Cohen, Owner of Lofty Pursuits. "Big changes are made with little bits of help and steps and this is the little help you can do to make a big change in somebody's life."

The power share is currently looking for people who wish to own and need generators and those who work on small engines for possible maintenance.

You can find more information on the organizations Facebook page, at Big Bend Power Share.
