QUINCY, Fla. (WTXL) - Quincy Police say that they are asking for help finding a missing 32-year-old man last seen on Thursday.
The Quincy Police Department says that they need assistance locating Carmine Phillip Bynes.
They said that Bynes is a 32-year-old, biracial male who is approximately 5’11” and weighs approximately 230 lbs with short curly black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue pants, gray sandals (slides) and carrying a blue backpack.
Bynes suffers from health problems which require medication and immediate medical attention.
Police say he was last seen walking southbound on 9th Street toward King Street on March 30th in Quincy, Florida.
