Quincy man, Tallahassee woman arrested on drug charges

GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Quincy man and a Tallahassee woman were arrested on drug charges after a Florida Highway Patrol trooper made a traffic stop on a pickup truck.

David Green, 49, and Breauna Dixon, 21, were in a pickup truck an FHP trooper stopped for a seatbelt violation about 7:20 p.m. Wednesday in Quincy at the intersection of U.S. 90 and Jackson Street.

Green, the driver, was charged with possession of controlled substance (cocaine), possession of marijuana (less than 20 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dixon, 21, was charged with possession of controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of controlled substance with intent to sell/distribute.

Both people were taken to the Gadsden County Jail.
