Prayer vigil for Lowndes High Student

VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL)-- Hundreds gathered tonight at Saunders Park in Valdosta, Ga. to honor the life of Kendrick Johnson. Johnson was found dead at Lowndes high school last week. Family, friends and classmates all joined together to hold a candlelight, prayer vigil.

Johnson's funeral is set for 1 p.m. at Union Cathedral Church in Valdosta, Ga. on Saturday.

Investigators are currently waiting on the toxicology reports for Johnson.
