Police Ask for Public's Help in Finding Missing 11-Year-Old Girl from Quincy

GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Gadsden County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding an 11-year-old girl from Quincy.

They said that Emily Garcia was last seen around 5:30 p.m. standing near the roadway of her home. She was also seen walking toward US 90, just east of Quincy.

Deputies said that Garcia is likely wearing a dark shirt and jacket. She is described as a Hispanic, 11-year-old girl.

They said that she is around 4'5, weighing about 90 to 95 pounds, with long dark straight hair and glasses.

According to GCSO, Garcia is a 6th grade student at Shanks Middle School.

Deputies have asked that anyone with information call them at (850) 627-9233.
