MIDWAY, FL - In What's to Eat, the Sunrise Crew learned everything that goes into making pimento cheese pops.
 
Owner of Chicken Salad Chick Bob Grosslin showed us how.
 
Pimento Cheese Pops Recipe
Ingredients:
•        1 lb. Pimento Cheese
•        1/2 Cup Cooked Bacon, Crumbled
•        1/2 Cup Crushed Pecans
•        Popsicle Sticks
Instructions: 
•        Portion out a golf ball sized (or smaller) amount of pimento cheese and roll into a ball.
•        Mix pecans and bacon evenly and spread out on flat surface. 
•        Roll pimento cheese balls into bacon & pecan mixture until evenly coated. 
•        Place pimento cheese balls into freezer for 10 minutes to harden.
•        Remove from freezer & place popsicle sticks in the center of each. 
•        Place completed Pimento Cheese Pops onto platter of your choice & serve with buttery crackers.
•        Enjoy!
