MADISON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL)--A pedestrian is found dead in the emergency lane on the interstate.
Around 5:30 Thursday morning, a Chevy Tahoe was parked and running in that lane in Madison County.
The pedestrian was on the ground in front of the SUV, and Florida Highway Patrol troopers says it appears the person had been involved in a crash. We are working to find out more details, and we'll keep you updated.
