TIFT CO., GA (WALB) - The Tift County Deputy Coroner responded to a fatal two-car wreck on Tuesday evening on Old Ocilla Road.
Deputy Coroner Melissa Carroll said Sherry Mobley, 64, died.
Carroll said she got the call around 5:30 p.m.
Trooper Slade Reid with Georgia State Patrol Post 13 said the Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team is investigating.
SCRT will be back out at the scene at the earliest on Friday to look at steering angles and map out what happened.
Reid said it was "pretty much a head on collision."
Charges for the other driver are pending since there is no definite cause at this time.
The cause of death for Mobley is also pending.
