TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service will be held Monday in the Frenchtown community.
The Day of Service will include cleaning up trash in the areas of Dent, Dewey, Dover, Dunn, Delaware, Dean and Date Streets.
The Tallahassee Urban League has partnered with Mt. Olive Lodge #5 and the Florida A&M University Office of Leadership and Service Learning to host the day of service.
Sponsors for the event include the City of Tallahassee, Piggnly Wiggly Stores and Capital Cigars of Tallahassee.
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
