CHARLOTTE Co, Fla. (WWSB) -- A missing person alert has been issued for a 31-year-old "at risk" man from Port Charlotte.
Timothy Holmes has been described as 5'7", 150 lbs., white, and last seen at 1480 Upshaw Terrace at about 6:52 p.m. on Saturday.
