Missing Child Found; Wakulla Deputies Still Looking for Suspect

WAKULLA, CO., FL (WTXL) - The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office posted on their Facebook page that the missing child has been recovered safely and that the Amber Alert has been canceled. 

Officials say the suspect, Thomas Richard Lindsey is still at-large and that the case is being investigated.

Deputies say Lindsey was last seen wearing dark sneakers, blue-green shorts and a white tank-undershirt.

The Amber Alert was issued for the 2-year-old after officials say he was taken from his mother's home in Panacea by his father.

According to WCSO, Lindsey is 6'3", weighs 195 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.
