TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum held his quarterly Faith Leaders Luncheon at Saint John Baptist Church Thursday.

The lunch is apart of his ongoing initiative to gather and engage with a cross section of inter-faith leaders.

City Attorney Cassandra Jackson, Police Chief Michael DeLeo, and Tallahassee Parks and Recreation Director Ashley Edwards were on hand and provided a presentation.

"The government limited ability to connect with the community, we know that our interfaith leaders who are across denominations have much stronger connections and contact with our community and we got to do everything we can to ensure that our community is kept up to date," said Mayor Gillum.
