TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Jeremy Matlow has been declared the official winner for Tallahassee City Commission Seat 3.
After a machine recount, the Leon County Supervisor of Elections declared Matlow the winner on Tuesday and no manual recount will be required.

Jeremy Matlow has won the city commission Seat 3 in Tallahassee.
Lisa Brown has conceded in her tight city commission Seat 3 contest against Matlow.
With all 86 precincts in, Matlow defeated Brown 50.25 percent to 49.75 percent. She posted this message on her Facebook page.
Dianne Williams-Cox has won City Commission Seat 5. With all 86 precincts in, Williams-Cox defeated Bob Lotane 65.20 percent to 34.80 percent.
