JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - A Jacksonville man has been sentenced to life in prison for fatally shooting his brother during a fight.
The Florida Times-Union reports that a Duval County judge sentenced 48-year-old Victor Keith Wilson on Wednesday. He was convicted last month of second-degree murder, assault and possession of a weapon by a felon.
Prosecutors say Wilson shot 41-year-old Eugene Wilson in December 2013 when an argument escalated.
