PERRY, FL (WTXL) - A man has been indicted for the murder of Taylor County teacher, Shelly Strickland.
Garrett Arrowood was charged with first degree capital murder on Monday according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Arrowood was also charged with armed burglary, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and dealing in stolen property.
Shelly Strickland, 50, was found dead in her car on Osteen Road in Perry on Wednesday.
