METCALF, GA (WTXL) – Deputies in Thomas County arrested a man Tuesday morning after they said he was found having sex with a minor in a parked car on North Haines Street.
The Thomas County Sheriff's Office arrested Percel Edward Oneal, Jr. near the victim's home in Metcalf.
Deputies said they found the 21-year-old suspect in his car with the juvenile victim at around 3:13 am.
Deputies claimed they received a call from the victim’s aunt after she awoke to find her niece missing. The victim was found in a red Hyundai with Oneal, Jr.
The Hyundai was searched and deputies said they found a used condom and a ripped condom wrapper.
According to the incident report, the victim said she admitted to having sex with Oneal for the past month.
The victim was released to the custody of her aunt.
