SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL)-- A 32-year-old man is dead after two trucks collide in Suwannee County.
Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol say Tomas Pacheco of Madison was driving his Mazda pick up on County Road 236. He was traveling the wrong way in the westbound lane and collided head on with a Chevy Silverado. Pacheco was pronounced dead at the scene by Suwannee County Fire and Rescue.
The driver of the Chevy, 37-year-old Jessie David White of Live Oak, is in serious condition. A five-year-old was also in the Chevy and received minor injuries.
