TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- Lottery machines have been busy printing tickets all day. Florida lottery officials say thousands of tickets are selling per minute.

Kermit Stokes, is one Tallahassee man who believes the numbers printed on both of his tickets are Friday night's Mega Millions and Saturday's Powerball winning numbers.

"There's only one ticket to win and i got it," said Stokes.

Stokes like millions of other players hoping to win the $190 Million mega Millions game and the $600 million Powerball record jackpot that continues to go up.

Residents here in Tallahassee have big plans for the money if they hit the jackpot.

Stokes says he wants a new home.

"I'm trying to get a permanent place of residence, so that i can have a place to live," said Stokes.

He wasn't the only one with a wish list.

"I would put towards my kids education and first pay my tithes," Stephanie Howard.

"Make sure all debts are paid, take care my friends, maybe go back to school," said Mike Ludes.

But one thing all of the players have in common, they all sound pretty sure they'll win.

"I got the winning ticket, I pray I do," said Howard.

"I am going to win, I'm not hoping. I am going to win this," said Stokes.
