Nine fraternity members charged in pledge's death set for court Tuesday

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The nine Pi Kappa Phi fraternity members charged in the hazing death of pledge Andrew Coffey are scheduled to go before a Leon County judge Tuesday.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 2B.

Coffey, a Florida State University student, died Nov. 3, 2017. His cause of death was ruled as alcohol poisoning.
