TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — A joint-investigation between the FDLE Tallahassee and the DEA is officially closed after a doctor was sentenced to 13 years in prison for operating a pill mill from his home.

According to the Jackson County Floridian, David Flick, a Marianna doctor, was sentenced to 13 years for three drug trafficking offenses and five years each on six fraud counts. The sentences will be spent concurrently.
