LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A new Leon County grand jury met for the first time today on a case involving three men accused of killing a 19-year-old and injuring two others.

Reginald Brown, Demarlis Martin, and Davaris Dawes are facing one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder.

Court documents show 19-year-old, Keives Brooks, was shot to death in retaliation after an argument on Florida A&M's campus.

Tallahassee police say the shooting happened on September 19 at an apartment complex on the 400 block of Putnam Drive.

Brown, Martin, and Dawes remain in the Leon County Jail without bond.
