TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Leon County Sheriff's Office is seeking a suspect who found and kept $100 left in a self-checkout register at the Walmart on North Monroe Street.
On Friday, July 6, the victim used a self-checkout register at the Walmart, LCSO wrote in a Facebook post. While purchasing items, the victim withdrew $100 but accidentally left the moneyin the self-checkout machine.
The suspect walks up to the machine, takes the $100, keeps it, uses the machine and then left the store without turning it in.
