TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Three women and three men will serve on the jury in a trial surrounding FSU running back Dalvin Cook.
The six jurors and an alternate were picked Friday morning at the Leon County Courthouse.
Cook has been charged with a misdemeanor battery charge after he allegedly punched a woman outside Clyde's and Costello's in June.
Cook has been suspended indefinitely from the FSU football team, pending the trial's outcome.
The trial will start on Monday, August 24.
