THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL)-- 47-year old DanTony Swinson of Waycross, Georgia is charged with double homicide.
Members of the Seminole County Sheriff's Office say Monday morning, they got a call about two bodies being found inside a home on Northwood Drive in Donalsonville, near Lake Seminole.
Upon arrival, deputies say they found 49-year-old Eliace Marie smith and 64-year-old Heber Jettie Bennett, Jr.
GBI reported earlier in the week that both victims suffered from gun shot wounds.
Swinson is being held in the Ware County Jail.

DONALSONVILLE, Ga. (WTXL)--The names of the two bodies that were found 8056 Northwood Dr., Donalsonville, GA on Monday are 49 year old Eliace Marie Smith and 64 year old Heber Jettie Bennett, Jr..
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation was called in to assist in the investigation by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.
According to the Thomasville GBI Special Agent in Charge Steven Turner this case is considered a double homicide murder investigation. Officials are working hard to determine the identity of the suspect.

DONALSONVILLE, Ga. (WTXL)-- The Georgia Bureau of Investigation in Thomasville has confirmed that they're investigating a double homicide in Donalsonville,Ga.
Officials responded to 911 from neighbors just after 8am this morning. The body of a man and a woman with gun shot wounds was found in the 8056 Northwood Drive residence. It's unknown how many times the victims were shot and the names of the victims have not been released because next of kin has not been notified.
