CLIMAX, Ga. (WTXL) - The Georgia Department of Transportation is reporting a fatal crash that is blocking all lanes on Old Pelham Road in Climax, Georgia.
Officials say that all lanes are blocked on Old Pelham Road (SR 309 N) near Rob Dollar Road. They are encouraging drivers to find another route.
There's no word on how many people were involved in the crash.
GDOT reports that this is the second fatal crash in the southwest district within a matter of hours.
In Donalsonville, GDOT reported a fatal crash on S.R. 91 N near Grady Cobb Road. That crash has since been cleared.
"Too many families are going to be grieving," officials wrote. "Please slow down, wear your seat belt and pay attention to the road."
